OS: windows XP/Vista
CPU/Ram: AMD 3000/ 1GB

I had an original vista comes with 4 languages. My parents are using chinese and i am using english language for the operating system.
For conivence, Do anyone known of any patch or hack that can switch the language between english and chinese with reinstalling Windows?

This is only available for vista utimate. Installing the optional language pack...
