Hello,
I've been trying to change my CSS icon, but no matter what I do, it won't change! I've tried two methods:
1.) Using File Type Doctor (part of Creative Element Power Tools)
2.) Editing the registry at Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.css\DefaultIcon

easyest way is to creat a short cut... then under the shortcut properties you can change that perticular shortcuts icon... any other way and you will learn (as i did) that its just too much braindamage to go through
