Change Desktop Icon

Besides the usual desktop icons I have 3 programs I use the most, and I usually change the icons to suit the wallpaper I'm using. I've been slowly putting my new computer as I like it and just done these three particular ones. Two of them are working as before but the one for Paint Shop Pro (all 3 are shortcut icons) has the 'Change Icon' box under 'Properties' blanked out. Can anyone tell how I can change that please? Thank you very much.

Seems odd. Two questions:
Does the Paint Shop Pro shortcut open the program properly?
Have you tried deleting the shortcut and creating a new one to the Paint Shop Pro .exe file?

The program did open fine on that icon. I had tried your second idea before with no luck, but I just tried again and it worked!! How very odd. Anyway, thank you very much.
