You should go into BIOS and change boot order to CD-ROM drive first.

For how to go into BIOS, look into the documentation that came with your computer or the motherboard.

After changing the boot order ( or boot priority ) in BIOS, inserting the bootable disk in the disk tray and restarting, you will be asked to ' press any key to boot from the disk... '. Just press any key ( space key, for example ) to boot to the CD/DVD disk in the CD/DVD-ROM drive.
