My computer comes with a 9-in-1 card reader at the front of the computer. Recently I've noticed that the slots in the card reader are not showing up in My Computer. What can I do? I have an Acer M5620 computer. Thanks a lot!

They go bad. Connectors get loose, try to reseat them. Odd issues with the OS might cause it. See system hardware manager maybe. See event log too. Get a $4 usb device and try it maybe. thanks jefro, i will go into the case and reseat them. i've only tried rebooting the comp and seeing if that would help.
