Can't set homepage for IE7

I can't seem to get my default homepage to display and instead get this when IE starts:

Thanks alot, that fixed my problem perfactly. I had to add *msn.com to trusted sites along with the other configuration setting changes to fix it, but now it goes to the homepage instead of the broken customize page.
