can't run .exe

I can not access any .exe files. Just firefox and some microsoft apps. Need help thanks in advance for any help you can give

You are going to need to provide a lot more information with this lot. Do you get error messages? What are they? What .exe files are not running? Have you tried a Restore? Have you run in Safe Mode? There are a days work of helpers here but none of them are mind readers!
Once I thought I was wrong, now I'm not so sure!
