Hello all...
Just a few minutes ago, I lost all ability to right click my mouse. It will open the menu, but will NOT highlight anything.
All of a sudden this happened. It was working fine up until then. I just installed the upgrade Sunday and all was fine...
I would appreciate anyone's suggestions as how to fix this problem...
Thanks all!

It could just be a snafu, end task on the application that is affected by this anomaly or if it is system wide - logout & log back in & see if that takes care of it.

Snafu is too strong a word - machine OS hiccuping seems to be more appropriate, don't you think Saber?

I have had the same issue & I'm sure it is more of a WIndows snafu...........LOL
Have yet to find the cause, fix or preventative measure against the darn anomaly though, but then again, I have not asked Steve Jobs what he thinks I can do to fix it ;-)

Thanks for the replies guys...
At the end of the night, I ran a program called "ccleaner" (crap cleaner) and when I scanned for issues, it found tons of issues. I then fixed all issues and all of a sudden my right-click and highlight (in the menu) came back. It has been working fine ever since...Strange...

that's the job, clean 'da crap outta vista' :-)
p.s. saber, mine is still alive and working ... well without a live support machine :-)
Today's subliminal thought is: 'Calm down ... it's only ones and zeros.'

Well, don't hold your breath! Around Windows & not excluding Vista, ultimately things get real boring sooner than later when that puppy continues to run nicely - what can I say, I've mostly welcomed the occasional snafus with one open arm, leaving the other available for smacking the OS back on track ;-)
I don't think I've had the problem on the Vista side of this machine - I very well may have, but I can definitely recall at least a couple times that it's happened while using XP.
