I can no longer play dvd's on my laptop. I'm using windows media player. My computer crashed, so I started it up in safe mode and transferred all vital files to removable storage. When I restarted in normal mode, everything worked fine, no files lost, but I can no longer play dvds. I can play cd's and media from online, just no dvd's. Any help would be appreciated.
