You can use nslookup to try resolving this URL, see whether it can be resolved correctly.

If having problem, then maybe there is problem on your DNS servers, you can then test to configure following free DNS servers provided by OpenDNS, and test again.

208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

If you suspect it's browser problem, test to install other web browsers, such as Opera or Mozilla Firefox and try again. Hope it helps.
