Can't Install New Program on vista

While using PhotoShop, all of a sudden, a pop-up says that there's an error. After restarting the program and the computer, the pop-up still reappears. So, I decide to reinstall the program and my computer is unable to do so because it cannot find a .msi program. SO, I uninstall the program and decide to reinstall from the Adobe website, and a pop-up says that there is not enough memory. I don't understand! Even after deleting unnecessary files and programs, the pop-up still reappears about not enough memory. My C: drive is 997. GB, and I've only used 30.9 GB. Isn't that enough space?
