Comment:

I recently tried to create a new folder on my desktop to temporarily store some files. I right clicked and selected new folder, but it said I didn't have permission to do it. I can't drag and drop anything to the desktop either. I am the computer admin, and I was using the administrator account (its the only account on the computer.) I haven't done any changes to the system so i don't know whats causing it.
