I just got a new desk top that has vista home basic. When I try to connect to msn it tells me my gateway is off-line. I found it in sys config and it says it has stopped. I don't know how to change this. Also I can't log into hotmail or anything associated with it when I try the page trys to load then eventually is shows as if im off line. I need help plzzzzz.
