can't check my email cuz of malware

When I tried to check my e-mail today the page stopped loading and had this little yellow box pop at the bottom saying

anyone care to explain?? I ran spybot and ad-aware they didn't find anything. So I decided to just use firefox log in and press stop before it goes to the "Cannot display page" thing.
What I want to know is why I can't view my E-mail and should I do another spybot/ad-aware scan since I visited hotmail anyway even with the warning
