My Laptop OS is Windows Vista Home Premium edition. I used to be able to view the full size picture on the laptop screen when I clicked the 'view' button at the bottom of the little pictures on the sidebar. But now I cannot open to view any more. When I click, an error message says "No such interface supported". The little pictures on the sidebar are ok and it work as normal. I can also open the pictures from the Picture Folder without problem. Could anyone tell me how I can fix the error?

I just tried and I have irfanview for looking at my images and it opened irfanview, I am guessing that this has to do with the software you use for looking at images, let me know if I can help more, thanks.

I am not sure what software is in the Windows Vista. I did not install any software for viewing pictures. Everything is the default software given by Vista. What is irfanview? I had no problem viewing the pictures if I open from the picture folder. It is only that I cannot open the picture with full screen view when I click the "view" button at the bottom corner of the little pictures on the sidebar. It was ok few weeks ago. Now there is an error message saying "No such interface supported".
