Hi, I just got my laptop reformatted and Vista installed again. I can access all websites like google and this one but i cannot connect to any 1. Microsoft Website or MSN website or log into the MSN messenger. 2. When i log into HSBC hongkong page, it does not log in. My windows update is working fine and has been able to download and install updates. I would be greatful for any help. This is the second computer i am facing this problem with. I also have another laptop which has excatly the same problem after upgrading to Vista. The date and time zone is correct and have changed the region from US to Hong Kong. Regards Khawar

Thanks for the response. nslookup returned this result 4.2.2.1:53. this is the Preffered DNS server address that i use. When i type 4.2.2.1:53 in the rowser it returned nothing. Please help Regards Khawar
