Can you help me get icons on homepage back?

Specs: Windows Vista
Within the past couple of days, at some point, some of the icons at the top of my Yahoo homepage disappeared (one to "Print" -- one to menu o upper left to "save," print and other items, and cutting, pasting, etc.......It's possible this happened when I accidentally turned the computer off by pulling wrong plug out, but I don't think that's it....I just need directions on how to get old configuration back on my Toolbar at top -- and I can't do it!

Go under View and Toolbars to turn the tool bar back on.

I can't go to Toolbar or View -- Those options are unavailable - along with the other items I said are gone.......I'm sure there's a simply way to get these icons and options back to the top of the page, but, can't you tell me a couple of ways to try that?

I just tried clicking on F11 - and it caused everything to jiggle around - including the top of the page --but then, it all returned to just how it was.

Can you tell me why this is so complex? I can't see this being a major problem with my computer or anything else, can you? So, please give me one or two more suggestions on how I can simply establish a new toolbar with all the old basic commands now missing. Can you do it or not? If not, what do you suggest?
Can I speak to someone? Thank you.

"Can you tell me why this is so complex?"
No, because we have no idea what you did to make the toolbar disappear.

"Can you do it or not?"
You need to be patient. Again, we have no idea what you did to cause this so we are offering suggestions that might fix it.

"Can I speak to someone?"
No, this isn't a company. It's a collection of computer users just like yourself.

You also need to be a little more clear on the exact problem. You say it happens on your Yahoo page. No it doesn't. A Yahoo home page doesn't have these buttons, your web browser does.

Try right mouse clicking on whatever toolbar you may have left up at the top and see if you need to put a checkmark in any of the toolbar options to show the menu bar. Also, what browser are you using?
