Can only start in safe mode

i had to start my laptop in safe mode to get rid of something... i dont know, but now it wont let me start windows normally. i've tried the whole f8 thing and clicking restart windows normally but it'll just keep starting it in safe mode..? what the heck do i do??

Start MSCONFIG and select Normal Startup.
