can not open wizard

i first got everything it worked fine. now i can not get my pop up wizard to come up for nothing im not real good at this anyway im turning grey i have vista and would like to get my camera to work with the wizard again i have no software.

Some information would be helpfull, make and model of camera, or what kind of connection. What Wizard? Are you connecting via usb cable, does it have a sd card? most do and you can get a card reader to transfer photos or usb cable from the camera, no special software needed. Vista should auto detect the camera when it's plugged in, if it's one that it can't, you can buy a card reader for a few dollars.

yes it is a fuji A610 camera and yes it did auto detect wizard for camera on vista but thats what quit working i use a usb cable and can not get the detect wizard to work any more im on dsl i dont know. u r also dealing with a pc dummy lol thank u for your help. i have pics i would like to put on pc and can not no more

If the hardware wizard doesnt come up I would check the usb cable and make sure you have the camera turned on. Internet connection only matters if you need to download the drivers from the manufaturers web site.
