In the interest of dual-booting, does the Vista DVD have it's own partition creator/divider as part of setup, or MUST you use something else like Norton/Pmagic, etc?

If you start the Vista dual-boot installation setup by booting from your Vista DVD as opposed to starting it from within XP, you will be able to do that.
