Remove battery and ac adapter.

Press power button a few times.

Apply ac adapter. Press on button. Any indications. fan, lights, keyboard?

If no test ac adapter with dvom

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
