MY PARENTS HAVE BOUGHT AN ACER 5315,BRAND NEW USING AN ORANGE NETWORK DONGLE .GOT ONTO THE INTERNET,FIRSTLY THE LAPTOP WANTED TO DOWNLOAD 50 UPDATES.LAST UPDATE RECORDED WAS 2006.THIS WAS DONE.THEN THE SCREEN WENT BLACK CAME BACK ON WITH THE WORDS
PREPARE BOOT TO OS,THEN NOTHING WOULD OPERATE,NOT EVEN LET US SHUT DOWN.WHAT CAN I DO NOW,HOPE YOU CAN HELP
