I am praying that this isnt something serious but I keep getting all kinds of errors.
1. Windows often loose focus and requires a PC Restart to solve.
2. While in games (Tomb Raider mostly) it says it had to close the program because it wosnt responding.
3. I keep getting IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal blue screens along with some others which are less common.
I have no idea where to begin to find a solution however, I have purchased some upgrades which I will install later in the year. (AMD Phenom, Gigabyte S Series Motherboard and 4gb ram)
Thanks for all your time and effort!
Joseph

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL errors are usually caused by a bad driver. One other simple thing you can do before looking for a driver problem is to turn off your paging file. Reboot the computer. Turn paging file back on. Reboot computer again. Windows will recreate the paging file.If your paging file is corrupt you will get the above error.

Hi
Please can I have some more details on turning on/off the paging file...
I also understand that I am to look for drivers that are corrupt, where do I begin, Device Manager and go through every device?

Many Thanks,
Joseph Middleton

Could be faulty RAM as it was in my case - I would run Vista's own memory diagnostic program (type memory in search) or download Memtest86+ & run it overnight.
