Ok, so I put together a customer computer and everything was working alright until last night when I was trying to upload over 1000 photos from a wedding I shot to my computer. I've been trying to fix it all day, but to no avail. I have been getting a BSOD error that shows this when computer boots back up:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.0.6001.
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: d1
BCP1: 0000000000000279
BCP2: 000000000000000A
BCP3: 0000000000000001
OS Version: 6_0_6001
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:

It also says some sort of vsmraid.sys problem. I need to get the computer up and running again! I tried reformatting the hard drive and reinstalling the OS (Vista 64-bit) and everything. No luck. I am getting extremely worried and frustrated. I can provide minidump files if necessary, but I dont know how to read them. I really cant fix this and just need some help to coach me through it.

Also, a bit more info: When I start the computer, it will run for a very short time. All of a sudden, it will lock up and go to the blue screen. Even if I start it in safe mode, it will still lock up and go to the blue screen after short time. What can I do? let me know if you need more info.

Sounds like you have a hardware conflict. Have you checked to see if any of the hardware on the computer share the same IRQ resources? That would be step one.....
