I keep getting the "blue screen of death" after I turn on my computer and start any program. The screen says windows has shut down my computer before damage was done. To use a system diagnostic utility. Run a memory check for faulty or mismatched memory. Try changing video adapters. Then it says: collecting data for crash dump
initializing disk for crash dump
beginning dump of physical memory
dumping physical memory to disk: 0 to 100 %
then the computer restarts. Can anyone help me with this?

Have you tried a bios update? It cured my bsods
Check your hard drive for excessive fragmentation. Many other causes for BSOD's. Suggest you look in Event Viewer for clues or read the memory dumps the system created for more clues.
