Comment: we have just bought this new pc and during the day is fine but when we start up early in the morning we get a blue screen error , then a black screen then restarts and then asks if we want it to try to repair error or to start up normally , start up normally then works though sometimes does do the same a couple of times ,i don't know if the cold weather we are having at the moment could be the problem , first morning when had'nt been cold we did'nt have this problem but last 3 mornoings we have , could the pc be shutting down due to low temperature then working fine as it warms up ? (room temperature 10º c).or should we think about taking it back ? Thanks

Reply: (edit)10ºC. isn't that cold, but if your problems are occurring only in lower temperatures, that sounds like it's more likely a hardware problem. Vista should bring up a screen after you reboot which you can click on to find out more information. If not, disable auto restart in system properties.
