So My mom and i have a HP G50 laptop and we turned it on and we logged on to our administrator account. got a black screen and mouse cursor. nothing else. tried restoring it to march. scanned everything. called tech support. said i need to factory restore it. but i have some video and photos i need to save in order to do the restore? can anyone tell me how to acess my files before i have to do this?
