Why? If you have any issues flashing the bios your computer could turn into a paper weight. Flashing the bios is definitely one of the more riskier things to do. Unless there is a specific reason like you got a new cpu and the bios does not recognize it unless it is updated (flashed). It is not a hard process and normally goes just fine, but a power flicker or any issue can really turn the motherboard into a useless board which in terms of laptops is an expensive error. Most issues are related to other issues and are rarely solved by flashing the bios except in specific instances.
