Hi, I have 2 problems: 1) CD's don't autostart anymore. For example, when I insert a DVD, nothing happens. I have to doubleclick the CD-ROM/DVD icon in my computer and then it opens. 2) I get the following error when I doubleclick the CD-ROM/DVD icon in my computer when an audio CD is inserted: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access this file."

Go to my computer. right click on the DVD drive, left click on properties and autoplay. Select the program that you want to start when you insert the disc.
If that doesn't help there could be a driver problem or a permissions problem.

I don't see autoplay when I right click the DVD or when I choose properties
