Can anybody help please, AOL can’t they have been totally useless, and I have spent a lot of time and money on their help line. In a nut shell my problem is. I have a new dimension with Vista home premium loaded. I have a netgear router connecting two computers, the other one is XP and working fine with aol and router. However the new one will not allow me to connect to aol (I do have the Vista ready disc bye the way) I can get onto the internet (with explorer) but when I try to sign on to AOL it gets to stage 3 and freezes The strange thing is on the sign on screen there isn’t even a box to enter my password, it’s not just greyed out just not there at all. I have been struggling with this since 2nd Feb Can anyone help Barb

AOL version 9.0VR (CLICK ME) is the only version (as of now) that will connect you to AOL from a Vista machine. Is this what you are currently using?

Hi Billy, The only solution I have come up with is that I am now using AOL Openride. It's a very good substitute I am able to access all my email addresses and buddy list,So it's keeping me quite for a while, BUT there are a lot of us with the very same problem and i'm sure there must be an answer out there somewhere. Please if you find a solution let me know. Thanks for your mail Regards Barbs
