I am about to throw the system back to Dell,
I have installed and re-installed the AOL 9.5
software, I have re-installed the BIOS on the
system, and I still have a system that hangs.
Opening webpages are geting slower and
slower and I have 1.5mg connection (so I know
it is not connectivity)...I need help in figuring
this out.

AOL 9.5 is problematic. Use AOL 9.1 instead.
