Hello;
If i do not renew my AV,what happens?Will it still protect me,but not update? Is the free version of AVG better then Norton or Mcaffee? What is your opinion?

Thank you

It's highly unlikely for an antivirus program to continue to update its signature database after the subscription ends. Will the protection engine still be active ? that depends on the program design.

Free AVG only provides minimal protection to end users. However, it does get the job done when it comes to virus detection and removal. Is it better than Norton and Mcafee ? depends on the user.
