annoying, useless vista feature

ok so i'm running vista, but there is one thing that i dislike about it. sometime when you try to open some kind of program or windows registry, vista would ask are you sure you want to continue. this kind of thing happen in control panel too. any advice to disable this feature. this useless features is annoying and time consuming!!!

I think you're talking about User Account Control. You can disable this feature by going into the Control Panel:
Start/Control Panel/User Accounts and Family Safety/User Accounts/Turn User Account Control On or Off

no the problem is that when u try to open the windows registry, a pop up message said windows need your permission to continue. or something like if you started this action, click continue.
