All Programs List empty

I installed new software,when i opened start-all programs,i found that this software put itself in another all programs list.i.e. all programs list doublicated,list inside list.so i deletedone of them,so now, all programs list is empty.HOW CAN I restore back all the programs list?

right click start menu button, click open all users, right click folder "Programs" and click "restore previous versions".

Hello bignold:
i couldn't find "restore previous versions" on right click programs folder.
do u have another way to do that?
