Keen to know if other people with Vista are having the same problem that I am having with Adobe FP constantly asking if I want to download it on every site I go to. I am so sick of it and would like to prevent it - has anyone any ideas.

Apparently the sites you visit use it.
Download, install it, be done with it and enjoy it.

I was quite happy to download it and live with it, the problem was that that was not the end of the requests to download it on practically every other site I visited.

It's not just other people with Vista that are having this Flash Player annoyance. I use XP Pro. I recently downloaded and installed Intenet Explorer 8. That's when my Flash Player nuisance started. It's driving me crazy! At every web site I visit it wants to add Adobe Flash Player. I'm thinking the problem might be linked to IE 8 because it was rarely happening with IE 7. From information I had read on Flash Player on the internet there's some spyware in it. I know some sites won't download large picture files without it, but even if you download it for that site and then remove it with the Flash Player removal tool you still are nagged at every website you visit asking you to install it.
