At the white ACER BIOS screen, hold the Alt key and press the F10 key simultaneously to start Acer eRecovery.
It's often ("always") helpful to post the actual model details too when posting a CFH (Call For Help) in any forum Occasionally the information required may be specific to a given model.
Presumably you are aware that the Factory Reset process will erase all your personal files too? So if there's anything you wouldn't wish to lose - copy those files to external media first (typically DVD). Check the copies are OK - and if possible on another working system too.
