Hey i'm having a problem with my laptop but im not sure whether its my cd/dvd disk or if its my hard drive not detecting the disk. When i put the disk in, it doesn't come up with any options for it or doesn't even show its been detected? i'm not sure if theres something wrong with the disk or the drive? someone please help (: i would thank you so much! xx
