Account goes to lock after viewing some video

Toshiba Satellite a215-s7422 notebook

Specs: Windows Vista
After viewing certain video streams, Vista Home Premium will go to the logout or switch user screen after about 2 mins. This persists until reboot and basically is more annoying than anything else. How can I change this?

For instance, watching C-SPAN live and then not moving my cursor for exactly 60 sec. will cause the screen to go to green showing the 'Switch User' screen.

Screen saver was set to 'none.' But thanks anyway.

Also my power settings while plugged-in (and it is plugged in) are set to 'Never turn off display' and 'Never put the computer to sleep.'

Does this happen if you come up in safe mode?

Can you try crtl-alt-del and try again?

Did this happen since day one or did it happen later? (virus?)

I believe I discovered the problem and it was in the Windows Mobility Center where 'Presentation Settings' are controlled.

I'm still testing, but this seemed to be the culprit. As I recall, this may have began back when I was using my laptop to view TV shows like Hulu via the 'S-plug' video connection.
