Accidentally Enabled OnBoard Video In Bios...

Specs: Windows Vista
Hi, I mistakenly enabled onboard video in windows vista's bios settings by holding f10 at the startup screen and changing the video card settings from pci to onboard and now when I start up my computer all I get is a blank screen, so now I have no visible way of changing it back. Does anyone know how I can about fixing this?...any help would be greatly appreciated!

Turn off monitor and computer. Put the monitor connector on to the built in display connector. Fix and redo back to add on.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
