Specs: Windows Vista
Could someone help me understand how to access the System Volume Information in VISTA and if deleting very old versions of that folder can be harmful?

Thank you

Look HERE for info on how to access. It describes the process in XP but it is the same for Vista. I do not beleive that you can delete this folder but in the event that you are successful, look for Windows to recreate it again. It is a system protected folder. It is quite OK to leave this folder in place. Just delete the contents and keep system restore off. This will ensure the folder remains empty.
