Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. Unfortunately, my computer hasn't been a priority. The problem I'm having is that I can change security and ownership of a file, but can't delete it. I have administrative privileges, I've become the owner of the files and I have full control as administrator and with my own account, but it still won't let me delete. How can I have full control over a file, but not have the right to delete it? Yes, before you ask, the delete right is checked in the security settings. At this point, all I need to do is get rid of them. Is there a program that deletes files regardless of the permissions?
