Comment:

i have a hp pavilion dv 6500 notebook pc, and my ac adapter is, briteon jacobsparts inc. i unplugged my laptop from the ac adapter to go into the other room, when i came back and plugged it back in it wouldnt charge.

if i take out my battery it shuts my laptop down. but where the ac adapter plugs into the laptop, its lit up. but dimmer compared to when i plug in a ac adapter that charges it, i tried charging my battery to 100% and then plugging in my ac adapter yet it still wont work, its frustrating because it worked fine until i unplugged it to roam. it never had trouble charging in the past.
