CPU/Ram: 2gb
Product: Dell E521

Hi I increased my ram making it 4gb but My Computer states 3326gb. Why doesnt it recognise the full 4gb?

32-bit Windows OS cannot utilize ( address )more RAM than roughly 3.5 GB.

Since your apparent RAM is close to 3.25GB ( less than 3.5 GB ), some of your RAM may be being utilized by your graphics card.

Check if your Dell machine has on-board graphics chipset that shares memory with RAM.
