workstation won't load profiles

HELP!
I don't know what i did...this one workstation won't load any profiles except the local admin...for any other user it just says the profile cannot be loaded. but it does create a profile folder when you make an attempt to log in...

couple things:
First, no roaming profiles on our network. User setting are only saved to the local profile. Also...if the same user tries to log on to that machine multiple times the machine creates JDOE.000 JDOE.001 ect in the profiles folder...which i can see when i log on as local admin...but they still get that message and can't log in...everyone has read/write access on all folders..

You know what...I think it's because the 'Default User' profile is missing...
Can I just copy that folder from another machine? Or will that still cause problems?
