Hi, Sometimes on our network when printing from word to an HP laserjet 2100 printer, We have to press the button on the printer before it prints. Somehow this is fix while we play around with the document and printer properties, but then after a few weeks it starts all over again. What is the cause of this and how can we fix it? We have got the newest drivers and service packs loaded.

Does the printer blink with a message? If someone tries to print and the source is set at manual feed letter, for example, it will wait for you to load the letter. If you press the GO button it will use the next available tray (I think) and start printing.
