wont boot up past blue screen

i have a Dell Optiplex G1 P2 400 running windows NT i have changed my screen resolution settings up to full and now when it doesnt get past the blue screen when trying to boot windows i tried to fix it in BIOS but couldnt find how, i tried to get into safe mode or VGA mode but couldnt find it. i got to a screen when it tells me to pick another setting if my computer isnt running correctly but the only setting it has is the original setting. then when i restarts it does the same thing. please email me with your answer thanx
