Thanks Seb for the info. I checked my email, but I don't have the file. Please send it again. I also checked the Microsoft website page and it seems that I have a major fault.

I have the same Error like you all in past :

STOP:C0000135{unable to locate DLL}
Dynamic Linked Library winsrv could not be found in the specified path. Default load Path

I made some Experience with this Error, but i didn't found a solution.

My Experience is: the file winsrv.dll is still on the machine and in order. But the Registry key: Software is corrupt. I found the problem as I tried out to hive the file Software into a Registry of a good Winnt Client (with Regedt32)

Maybe you found a Solution to this Problem and can help me. I need to find a good Solution, becouse my Client, a bank in Switzerland had this problem in past time at more than 70 NT WK's.

Thank's for your help

Alex

Thanks,

Sorry for the bad news people, but the only fix is if you have a dual boot system, where as you can determine the extent of the problem and then maybe rectify. Having a very recent Emergency Repair disk might help.
But, a rebuild was the only course of action for myself. Please refer to Microsoft Technet Article Q173309.

Hello,

I'm also having the same problem...

"Stop: c0000135 Unable to locate Dll. The dinamic linc library winsrv could not be found in the specified path default load path"

Then it asks me to see system administrator etc...

Well I'm the system administrator and I'm really not sure how to fix this. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks,

Paul

For those of you who can't get passed the blue screen at start-up, insert the NT CD and reboot. You will come to the setup process. Install a parallel copy of NT on an unused partition on your HDD. Set it up and you will then be able to access the C: drive. This does not repair the problem, it will just allow you to access the files on your C: so you CAN repair it.
