Hi,
Can anyone help me. I have a Dell Optiplex GX110 computer. the motherboard on this computer is gone. I took the hadr drive out of this computer and I built a new system where I am trying to install this hard drive. It would not boot up. It gives me a blue screen with all the memory warnings. Is it because Windows NT always looks for the same hardware where it was installed on. I tried searching for an exact same Dell Optiples, but I can't find it. Is there any other way in which I can run this Windows NT hard drive in a new computer without formatting anything. I do not wanna lose any configuration on this hard drive because it runs a controller.
Anyone knows anyway, to over-write the drivers of a new computer to this hard drive so it can boot up just like it was booting up before.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
DD

You need to undertake a Repair (parallel) Install, NT4 CD's are usually bootable:
