Please,

I have a Winnt, IIS 4, and proxy 2 installed in my server. The clients don't access the internet. There is no error. The site appears like a blank page. I believe that it is a right problem... Anywhere help me?

1st are you on a domain?
if so, did you give your users access to the www service in proxy 2?

Is the Internet working in proxy server..

If yes check the Proxy Cascading in the Configuration of The Proxy Server.
