When I try to start the server service, the following error message appears.
Error-1130.Not enough server storage is available to process this command.
How to solve this and what could be the reason for this error?

Hi K.P.KANNAN, hi everyone
Last weekend I did a clean install and was confronted with the very same error message.
Your Computer browser service isn't started either as it depends on the Server service. After applying Service Pack 4 (and SP 6a, I have both of them on CD-ROM) the error message was gone. :-)

Rule of thumb: when in doubt reapply the service pack.
Solves video, rpc, and a bunch of other errors.
